In October 2003, God used the sister LYDIA HUIXIAN ZHOU to founded lead the Bible study class and gave the moved to the sister LYDIA HUIXIAN ZHOU, named the Fuller Worship Fellowship.
In May 2004, God called the sister LYDIA HUIXIAN ZHOU to became a preacher.
In March 2008, God used preacher LYDIA HUIXIAN ZHOU with her son ENOCH ZHOU set up the Lydia Enoch Parent-child Station, and set up the 0-2 year old baby-level Sunday school. Preacher sister HUIXIAN ZHOU with her son ENOCH ZHOU organized 23 families to became members of this Parent-child Station. And set the open hours are set from Monday to Sunday to help parents and babies to freely combine, make them easy to use the venue, and can help and care for each other when needed.
In August 2010, God used preacher Preacher sister HUIXIAN ZHOU with her son ENOCH ZHOU set up Fuller Church 福乐教会. God gave preacher LYDIA HUIXIAN ZHOU received a vision: "Only use the Bible resources to teach children." （From the beginning of our own lives to over 100 years old, we are all children of Abba Heavenly Father.）And set up the website. God led Preacher Lydia, since the beginning of prenatal education, she has been using all the Bible resources that correctly interpret the Bible to teach child. Bible resources include: the Bible, hymns, Bible stories, Bible movies, etc., as well as more than 50 subjects that are seamlessly connected with the truth of the Bible, in English, with a history of more than 40 years, and award-winning Christian education Academic teaching materials, and Chinese Christian education teaching materials from some publishers, etc.

Hallelujah! On October 18, 2013, the chief reporter and producer of Guangzhou Nandu Multimedia led a team to interview Lydia Zhou and Enoch Zhou, and made it into the micro film.
